1. Do you ship
to...?
We ship to anywhere in the world! Our online
order system will ship to anywhere in the United States
and Canada only and the price is included. Standard Expedited
shipping takes about 8 - 10 business days. Xpresspost
Express shipping takes about 2 - 3 days.
2. What are
your payment options?

3. Will the PS2
keyloggers work on USB keyboards with special adapters?
Generally not. In most cases you need a USB
keylogger for USB keyboards.
4. Can I
retrieve logged data on a different computer than it was
recorded?
Of course! This is the whole sense of it.
5. Do you
provide personal data of previous customers?
No. This data is confidential and used only for
warranty purposes.
6. How much are
shipping fees?
Shipping charges are $12.00 for regular mail (no
tracking) and $20.00 for expedited (free online tracking),

7. Can you
connect and disconnect the keylogger when power is up?
For PS2 keyloggers theoretically not (however we
haven't heard about any damage so far). For the USB
keylogger it's OK to hot-plug the keyboard and logger.
8. Can I create
my own national keyboard layout file?
Yes. This is quite easy. Use any layout template
from our webpage and modify the columns. Columns in layout
file are: 1 - key scancode (leave unchanged), 2 - key name
(change only if layout differs from standard), 3 - ASCII
character printed, when key pressed, 4 - ASCII character
printed, when key pressed with SHIFT, 5 - ASCII character
printed, when key pressed with ALT GR, 6 - ASCII character
printed, when key pressed with SHIFT & ALT GR, 7 -
special scan code (leave unchanged).

related issues. In no event shall KeySnatch™ be liable
for any loss of data or ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
financial, physical, emotional or other, which might arise
from its use.

does not take responsibility for any damage, harm or legal
actions caused by misuse of it's products, including this
web site and all information and software herein
contained. It is the user's responsibility to obey all
effective laws in his/her country, which may prohibit
usage of KeySnatch™ products. Please check with a legal
representative for requirements in your country.
KeySnatch™
was created as a professional solution for stealth
computer monitoring and surveillance. KeySnatch™ was not
designed to be used for malicious purposes, our products
are intended for responsible adults, not anyone under the
age of 18. Using these devices against any of the above
terms is against the law, and you will be held accountable
for any illegal actions taken during the use of our
hardware keyloggers.
You agree to
the fact that you may not monitor an adult without their
permission or a computer you do not own without the
permission of the owner. Furthermore, it is suggested that
you call your local government for laws in your area.
Infobureau Co. will not in any way take responsibility for
product misuse by any customer using the hardware outside
of our terms of use or illegally. You also agree that you
are not entitled to any reimbursement for any lawsuits
brought against you due to the use of the KeySnatch™.

and the related KeySnatch™ hardware keylogger devices
and services are the protected trade marks and
intellectual property of Infobureau Co.
DISTRIBUTION
Our products may NOT be sold or distributed in any way
without prior written consent from KeySnatch™.
Returns
Information
We stand
behind all of our products! Both our products feature a
one year warranty and we provide expert technical support.
Our products are all built to superb standards. Problems
are so rare that we can afford to provide personal
technical support!
If you have a
problem with one of our products, we are happy to help you
resolve it. If technical support determines our product is
not working properly, we will authorize a return. If the
product proves to be defective, we will replace it. If it
turns out to be incompatible with your system, we will
provide a refund.
Please note,
if you order the wrong type of keylogger (USB or PS/2) you
may exchange it for the other type, but if the replacement
is more expensive, you will need to pay any difference in
price. This is not considered a system incompatibility
issue and is not grounds for a refund.
Unfortunately,
some people are not as scrupulous as you and I. Because of
the nature of the product, some people are tempted to use
their keylogger to gather the information that they are
seeking such as a password and then return it for a
refund. Kind of like wearing a dress to the party and then
returning it!
For that
reason, we do NOT provide a "Return for Any and Every
Reason" policy. Except in the rare instance of system
incompatibility, keyloggers may only be returned for
exchange or store credit. No returns without first
receiving return authorization.

us call before ordering if you aren't sure!
We'll gladly answer all of your questions. We are
absolutely committed to providing you with the best
possible service.
If a refund is
issued, it will be for the product cost. Shipping is
non-refundable because packaging and shipping our product
is not free..
Warranty
Service
The user
should follow all guidelines contained in the appropriate
product User Guide, otherwise no liability will be
assumed. All KeySnatch™ products come with one year
warranty against manufacturer defects. Defect products
must be shipped by the customer. All warranty repairs and
delivery to the customer will be paid by KeySnatch™.
Please contact us first as most product issues turn out to
be correctable. If a KeySnatch™ product does fail, the
customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back
to us and we will pay for shipping the replacement
product.
